Full prototype development of a mini electric last-mile vehicle — from structural design and fiberglass body fabrication to complete powertrain assembly and integration. Full disassembly of an electric vehicle to conduct an in-depth reverse engineering and technological benchmark. Material specifications were identified, durability tests were performed, and a comprehensive design study was produced.
